These Terms and Conditions apply to the Divyorra website, Vedic Vastu Shastra and Numerology consultation enquiries, and Divyorra Academy course enquiries provided by Divyorra by Shruti N Shirishkar.

Website content is provided for general information about Divyorra, Shruti N Shirishkar, consultations, courses and related Insights.

Divyorra may update website content when services, course details, fees, availability or operational information change.

Consultations

A consultation enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

The consultation scope, format, availability, required information and any applicable payment must be confirmed by Divyorra.

Online and on-site availability can vary by consultation type, property scope and location.

Divyorra Academy courses

Course information, levels, current fees, offers, batches and delivery details are those shown on the relevant course page or separately confirmed by Divyorra at the time of enquiry or enrolment.

A Divyorra Academy completion certificate, where applicable, records completion of the Academy learning program. It is not government accreditation, statutory licensing or an independent professional qualification.

Course completion does not guarantee employment, clients, income or professional status.

Payments

Where payment is required, the amount and payment instructions should be confirmed for the selected consultation or course.

A service or enrolment should not be treated as confirmed merely because a payment attempt has been initiated.

Duplicate or incorrect verified payments will be handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Divyorra website copy, course materials, original teaching content, branding, graphics and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Divyorra.

They may not be copied, republished, sold, distributed or commercially reused without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Guidance and outcomes

Vedic Vastu Shastra, Numerology and Tarot content, consultations and learning are presented as guidance, interpretation, education and decision-support frameworks within their respective scope.

Divyorra does not guarantee medical, financial, investment, legal, relationship, marriage, career, safety, business, profit or other life outcomes.

Nothing on the website replaces qualified medical, mental-health, architectural, engineering, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice when it is required.

User conduct

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or use Divyorra's material in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Do not submit passwords, access credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through public enquiry channels.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or other external websites.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Divyorra does not control third-party platforms merely because the website links to them.

Divyorra Store

Divyorra Store is a separate Shopify commerce project and is outside this consultation and Academy website build.

Store purchases may be governed by separate store-specific terms, policies and checkout information.

Cancellations and refunds
